General Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a course, workshop, or retreat via withela.ch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

2.1. withela.ch offers yoga classes, pottery workshops, retreats, and related services as described on the website.
2.2. The schedule, duration, and location of classes or retreats are communicated in advance.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit (CHF or %) is required at the time of booking. The exact amount is stated in the course or retreat description.
3.3. For retreats, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Retreats
4.1. Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the retreat start date: the deposit is retained, all other payments will be refunded.
4.2. Cancellations less than 6 weeks before the retreat start date: the full retreat fee is due. We strongly recommend taking out travel/cancellation insurance.
4.3. If withela.ch cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your booking to another date.

Workshops & Courses
4.4. Pottery and yoga workshops are binding upon registration. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date cannot be refunded nor re-scheduled.
4.5. Private yoga classes cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full.
4.6. If withela.ch cancels or reschedules a class/workshop, participants may choose between a refund or rescheduling.

5. Participation Requirements

5.1. Participants are responsible for informing withela.ch of any health conditions that may affect their participation.
5.2. All activities are entered into at your own risk. Please ensure you have adequate personal insurance (accident/health/travel).

6. Conduct

6.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, fellow participants, and the facilities.
6.2. withela.ch reserves the right to refuse participation or ask participants to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

7. Liability

7.1. Participation in all yoga and pottery activities is at your own risk.
7.2. withela.ch and its teachers are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses, except in cases of intent or gross negligence as defined under Swiss law.

8. Changes to Program

8.1. withela.ch may adjust the schedule, location, or teaching staff if necessary. Participants will be informed as early as possible.

9. Photography and Media

9.1. Photos or videos may be taken during courses or retreats for promotional purposes.
9.2. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform us in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All teaching materials, techniques, and course content provided by withela.ch are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or shared without prior permission.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
